Challenge Rules

• The code word received by email must be clearly stated/displayed at the beginning of the video.
• Commercially available sticky notes must be used, measuring a minimum of 73 mm (2 7/8 in) on each side.
• All of the sticky notes must stay stuck to the face for a minimum of 10 seconds after the minute is over. Any that fall off during that time must be deducted from the total.
• Sticky notes must be placed on the face one at a time.
• A single layer of sticky notes must cover the body; multiple layers will not be accepted. That is, sticky notes must be stuck to the body and not to one another.
• Overlapping of the adhesive part of the note is not permitted, but overlapping of the non-adhesive part is permissible.
• The area over which the sticky notes may be stuck is defined as above the jawline, and below the hairline.
